B.E.M.S.

The B.E.M.S. (Building Energy Management System) is a power management and control system, based on electronic equipment, installed in any kind of buildings where it optimizes the tuning, supervises, controls and monitors the functioning of the mechanical and electrical systems of the building.

Basic parameters are, on the one hand the Energy Management as a separate cost element of a company and on the other the environmental policy which considers the assessment of the environmental impact.
Consequently, the Energy Monitoring is the process according to which the initial step is to record on the one the energy consumption and on the other the correlation between energy consumption and production.
The Building Energy Management System, takes into consideration complete approach towards the materialization of the Energy Management of a building, which could lead to a reduction of the energy use up to 30% approximately.
The integrated B.E.M.S system of our Company, offers unique energy-saving advantages of general protection and immediate information (alarms) for any kind of malfunctions. In addition, the system can provide predictive maintenance of any damage which might occur in the future (problem prevention).

An indicative screen illustrating the monitoring of electric power in an installation. Specifically, the voltage (volts), the intensity (amperes), the power (watts), the temperature of the electrical panel, the overall energy consumption (kWh) and the daily power curve in the relevant chart, are monitored.
